      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main domestic cooler is measured to be 7.5oC air temperature. Food internal temperature is measured at 11.8oC. Thermometer in cooler is indicated at 9.8oC. No temperature log is maintained today.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until temperature is at 4oC or less. All potentially hazardous foods in cooler discarded.
