- The food handling permit in kitchen is expired. Facilities are required to obtain a food handling permit and approval to operate from the regional health authority. Please ensure you have the most up to date food permit displayed and unobstructed from being viewed.

- Fridge thermometer is not working and providing inaccurate temperature readings. Fridge temperature reading was at 10 Degrees C. Probe thermometer reading after being placed inside fridge reading was 4.6 Degrees C. Equipment units must have accurate and reliable temperature control and monitoring. Please ensure that a temperature log is kept in order to ensure fridge storage temperatures are maintained and accurate.
