      • A sanitizer bottle was noted with out label. Bothe was labeled during inspection onsite.

    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • An electrical cover was missing from an outlet in the toddler room. Operator placed a cover on the outlet. Ensure that all electrical outlets are covered to reduce the hazards to children.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Diapering procedures were posted away from the diapering station in the toddler room. Operators moved the procedure poster nearer to the station. Diapering procedures must be present and followed.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • There is a loose piece of the baseboard sticking out of the wall beside the bed cot storage room. Repair the baseboard that it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Part of a shelf surfacing in the toddler room was in disrepair and have tape covering it. Repair the surfacing or place a large and unmovable toy on the area to keep out of children's reach.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Operator's coats were stored on top of the bed cots. Operators removed the coats from the bed. Store staff items away from disinfected bed cots and bedding to prevent contamination.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Vent cover in the toddler bathroom was dusty,Clean the above mentioned area and ensure that washrooms are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
