      • There was no paper towel by the front handwash station. Paper towel was provided and replaced at the front handwash station during the inspection. Ensure that handwash stations are supplied with soap and paper towel during food handling times.

      • A scoop without a handle was observed stored in a bulk rice container. The scoop was removed during the inspection. Ensure that all scoops used to transport bulk, dry goods have a handle.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no paper towel available at the front handwash station. Kitchen staff provided paper towel to the handwash station during the inspection. Ensure that paper towels are provided at all handwash stations to promote hand hygiene.
