- Was advised no staff have an approved provincial food safety course but one is in the process of taking it at this time. Please provide a copy of certificate once completed.

- There is a raw wood walkway on the floor in the walk-in-cooler; this needs to be removed or made easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.

- There are gaps along side of the large garage doors which could allow entry by rodents. Please close off all gaps around doors that could allow entry by rodents.This was mostly done, still just one small gap to be closed off on left side of left garage door (when facing the doors from inside the garage).

If going to continue to keep ice machine and store foods in the garage, car cannot be parked in here.Several packaged food items are being stored on the floor of the walk-in-cooler. Get additional shelving to store these items up off the floor at least 6 inches.

- The particleboard under the 2-compartment sink and in the adjacent cupboard is water-damaged and has some mold as a result of a previous water leak from the 2-compartment sink. Will need to remove all the water-damaged and moldy material and replace the cupboard.

- Hot water was shut off at 2-cmpt sink in coffee area. This sink is to be used for handwashing so must have hot and cold running water. Hot water needs to be turned back on to the sink.The handle on one of the bathroom sink faucets is missing. Please repair so both hot and cold water taps are functional.

- Coffee machine (that is not in use) is leaking into the drip tray and it has overfilled and damaged the counter beneath it. Pieces of arborite have come off and the particleboard underneath is water-damaged. The countertop will need to be replaced in this area.

- Coffee machine is leaking and overfilling the drip tray, causing damage to the counter underneath. Machine to be fixed so no longer leaking.
