- The vendor was offering mixed drinks with orange garnishes but was not equipped with a temporary hand sink or direct access to a hand sink. The operator indicated they would be bringing a temporary hand sink on their vendor application form. The vendor switched to no longer offering garnishes and only batch mixing the mixed drinks into large pitcher jugs that are dispensed through a spout to customers. Hand sanitizer was available on-site. The operator was to bring a temporary hand washing sink for Saturday.
