      • Cracked tile was observed in hot tub seating area. Repair tile. Repair the leak in the hot tub. Provide a time line

      • The anti-entrapment plans were not updated.The plans in the facility showed the that the covers were expired in 2024.* The operator mentioned that the main drain covers for the whirlpool were changed in January 2025 but there was no written documentation for it.-Ensure that the anti-entrapment plans are updated and there is printed copies of anti- entrapment plans in the facility.
