There did not appear to be any Alberta-approved Food Safety Training certificates provided on-site when requested. Be advised that the owner / operator of any commercial food establishment must provide evidence that he / she is certified with the required training.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Locate a copy of an Alberta-approved Food Safety Training Certificate or register / take an approved course from the list of approved courses provided by AHS.

- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Reviewed Three-Compartment manual dishwashing with operator:Wash (with detergent) -> Rinse (hot water) -> Sanitizer (soak washed and rinsed wared in at least 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer for at least 2 minutes) -> Air Dry afterwards. Operator missed adding bleach into third sink. Put bleach in the second sink with hot water instead.

- Operator replaced an empty liquid soap at the time of inspection. Observed operator performed hand washing at the time of inspection.

- Operator filled out AHS Pest Control Checklists at the time of inspection for May 2024. Season starts on May 6, 2024. Ensure Pest Control Checklist filled out monthly during operation and keep copies for inspection.

- Operator paid Food Handling Permit Fee online at the time of inspection. Once you have received a copy of current Food Handling Permit by email, please print it and post it.
