      • Corrective Action: Operator to provide connect hot water to the premises.

      • Observation: Plastic laundry sink with plastic divider is used for dishwashing. Pipes are leaking. (Public Health Significance) - laundry sink is not food grade and the plastic divider is too soft to hold water, potentially contaminating the food equipment.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to install a suitable 2 compartment sink.
