      • Observation: High temperature dishwasher in kitchenette 3 unable to reach sanitizing temperature for final rinse. Max temperature achieved after 4 cycles was 49.1C at the plate level.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher, ensure it is capable of achieving the final rinse temperature of 71C at the plate level (82C on the guage on the machine). Bring all dishes over to kitchenette 2 for sanitizing until serviced.
