- 1) No high temperature waterproof thermometer to monitor the dishwasher.Provide waterproof thermometer and test daily.2) No chlorine test strips. Provide chlorine test strips and test daily.

- Not sure if there's a certified food safety staff working in the kitchen. Register and take certified food safety course.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1) Unfinished 2x4 baseboard wood at the bar. 2) Missing floor tiles by the kitchen and walk-in cooler entrances.1 to 2) Fix these baseboard and floor.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- Grease stains build-up on the walk-in cooler handle area. Mold/dust build-up on the white wooden shelves and beer line. Clean the walk-in cooler.
