- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following cold potentially hazardous foods stored in the display insert cooler unit had internal temperatures ranging from 7.8 - 12 deg C for greater than 2 hours:

- - Seasoned corn

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *Repeat Violation* Ice scoop observed inside the ice machine in direct contact with the ice.
- Corrective Action(s): The ice scoop was removed from the ice machine and placed in a sanitary bucket outside of the ice machine. Do not store ice scoops in direct contact with the ice in the ice machine.

- Observation: Front display cooler unit is unable to maintain 4 deg C throughout the entire unit. Right side of the cooler observed able to maintain 4 deg C ambient and internal temperatures. The left side of the cooler unit was maintaining ambient temperatures of 10 deg C and 7.8- 12 deg C internal temperatures.
- Corrective Action(s): Service, repair, adjust, or replace the cooler unit such that the entire unit can maintain 4 deg C or lower temperatures. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous foods on the left side of the unit until it can maintain 4 deg C or lower temperatures.
