- Observation(s): No sanitizer such as bleach or QUATs are being used for disinfection. When asked, staff stated that only dish soap was used. Note that dish soap does not destroy bacteria. Bleach or QUATs at the correct concentration is required (Bleach - 100 ppm)/(QUATs - 200 ppm)

- Observation(s): No paper towels observed at hand sinks during time of inspection. Ensure that paper towels are always readily available at the hand wash station. This is a requirement as per the regulations. In addition, both hand sinks were obstructed during time of inspection. Note that hand washing stations must be clear of any obstruction so that staff are encouraged to use the hand washing station.

- Observation(s): Sanitizer was not available on-site during time of inspection - Facility will be obtaining sanitizer bottles from corporate head office and will be arriving soon - will follow-up

- Observation(s): Hand washing station at front area does not have paper towels. As per the Food Premises Regulation, hand washing stations must be fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water.
