      • Observation(s): Ensure that staff have a bottle readily available for cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces - 100 ppm bleach. This also includes cleaning the cutting board with sanitizer as staff stated they do not use bleach for the cutting board. This is a repeat infraction and must be resolved.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

      • Observation(s): No sanitizer such as bleach or QUATs are being used for disinfection. When asked, staff stated that only dish soap was used. Note that dish soap does not destroy bacteria. Bleach or QUATs at the correct concentration is required (Bleach - 100 ppm)/(QUATs - 200 ppm)

      • Observation(s): No paper towels observed at hand sinks during time of inspection. Ensure that paper towels are always readily available at the hand wash station. This is a requirement as per the regulations. In addition, both hand sinks were obstructed during time of inspection. Note that hand washing stations must be clear of any obstruction so that staff are encouraged to use the hand washing station.

      • Observation(s): Hand washing station at front area does not have paper towels. As per the Food Premises Regulation, hand washing stations must be fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water.

    The drink was okay. I mixed the brown sugar syrup in using my straw, and the first sip tasted really good since it was just the leftover syrup at the end of the straw. After that, once everything was fully mixed, the flavor became pretty mild and mostly just tasted like cream. I ordered the brown sugar oolong black tea. The menu was a bit confusing. I had to ask how the brown sugar drinks worked, and instead of explaining, she just asked if I wanted cream or tea with it. I didn’t really get a clear answer. I also noticed afterward that menu said the drink was supposed to come with one topping, but no topping options were offered. I’m assuming it was tapioca pearls? but I’m honestly not sure and didn’t feel like going back to ask. Customer service was okay. She wasn’t rude, just didn’t feel very present or helpful. Wasn't bad, wasn't the best. Probably won't return.

    Freshly Squeezed is not Freshly Squeezed anymore. I used to be a frequent customer but things have changed for the worse. They just fill the cups from plastic Jugs. And the Mango juice tasted processed and full of additives. Did not taste good.

    Such a stupid place! Worst customer service always , last time customers were waiting while the staff is either in the back or went to other stores for chit chatting. There was long line no one in store. When the girl came she was rude! Today again such a bad experience had to wait for 20 minutes to get Medium juice. On weekends there should be extra staff. Ridiculous, won’t recommend.
