      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Ensure to dry hands properly after washing hands. Staff stated that the paper towels have been ordered but no extra was available at the time of inspection. Paper towel rolls were available at the back - use this until the new batch arrives. The paper towel in use should be compatible with the dispenser.
