- In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago. A plastic water line is connected to the sink spigot and runs 2 feet up to the top of an abrasion potato peeler with no backflow prevention device. The water line was disconnected at this time and the peeler is tagged held for inspection until connected to City plumbing and drains according to the Municipal Code of Chicago.
