      • Water observed on the pavement below the unit. Operator stated the unit underside had hit an obstruction during transport. Identify and repair leak.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Dipper well was in use but water flow was not turned on. Corrected onsite. Ensure steady flow of water is maintained when dipper well is used to store scoops between use.

      • Operator did not washed hands before food handling. Ensure hands are washed before food handling.

      • No hot water at the time of inspection. The instant hot water tank was unplugged. Operator plugged the instant hot water tank.
