- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the following:
- 1. Back loading bay door had a gap which may allow pest entry.
- 2. Mop bucket had standing water present which may attract flies.
- Health Rationale:
- The above conditions increase the risk of pest entry and harborage, which may lead to potential food contamination and potential foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action:
- Operator fully closed loading bay door and emptied mop bucket at the time of inspection. Ensure the above conditions are not present to reduce the risk of pest entry and/or harborage.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff unaware of proper wash / rinse / sanitize procedures for 3-compartment sink, for washing bulk bins and scoops. Sanitizer (quat) only used for lids
- Corrective Action: 3-compartment sink was set-up at time of inspection
- Bleach sanitizer was measured at 100ppm.
- Bulk bins must be properly wash and sanitized on a regular basis to protect food from contamination
- Scoops were washed and sanitized at time of inspection.
