      • The left handwash sink located in the Sr Preschool Room (Left Brain) was tested using a probe thermometer and measured at 15C.Please ensure the handwash sink can supply hot and cold water to the taps. (54C maximum, recommended 49C)

Please ensure the hand sink is accessible for handwashing at all times and nothing is stored on the sink. 2.Cleaning rags were hung on the spray bottle. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. - place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags.

      • 1. SLB room: Caulking around a handsink was damaged. A side of a handsink vanity was water damaged. - Repair the surface so it is moisture resistant and easy to clean.

      • 1. LBJ room: Some bags with children's napping belongings were stored on the floor or on top of each other. Some blankets between cots were touching cots above. - Store personal belongings adequately separated from each other to prevent cross-contamination.
