      • *Some of floor surfaces in the toddler room and infant room were not in good repair. Top surface was peeling off. Please refinish the surface. (Still outstanding .Jan 15, 2025)Oct. 9: Operator covered the areas with carpet, or floor mat.

      • *Hand sink by the preschool room counter surface caulking was not in good repair, it was lifting. Please make sure it is recaulked.*Glass door in the preschool room was not in good repair. 2 of the glasses at the door were missing. Please make sure it is repaired or replaced.

      • Preschool room downstairs * Two of the bottom glasses were cracked on the glass sliding door. Operator taped the area for temporarily. Discusses the safety concerns onsite with the operator. Staff placed a small kitchen in front of the area for temporarily to prevent kids to have an access. Please ensure it is replaced or repaired adequately.

      • Infant room * There were multiple soft toys in the infant room. There was an outbreak during the inspection. Corrected during the inspection. All soft toys were removed.

      • There were no safety belts on the diaper changing mats in the infant room and toddler room. Please make sure safety belts are available at the diaper changing tables to prevent any injuries.

Please make sure it is removed from the room.*Dust at the shelves and in the toy containers in all rooms. Please make sure they are cleaned. *Food debris and dust on the floor in the preschool room downstairs. Please make sure cleaning of the areas are completed. *One of the green toy containers in the preschool room was broke at the black shelf. Please make sure it is replaced.

      • *Black foam toys in preschool room were not in good repair. These types of toys are not durable, cleanable or not waterproof material.* Infant room -staff stated that toys which got dirty and kids put it in their mouth are left in dirty container almost for a week and washed and sanitized at the end of the week. _Please make sure they are washed and sanitized daily. -Preschool room - soft stuffed animals were not removed from the use during the outbreak. Please make sure any soft toys are removed during the outbreak.
