      • 1. The 2-compartment sink in the store area was not draining water properly, and water was backing up from the left compartment to the right compartment. A sewage odour was also observed. **March 4, 2025: a plumber has been contacted and water at the faucet has been turned off. No open food handling occurring on site. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Repair the sink.
