What a clean record means

An inspection is a snapshot of a single day, so it is still worth checking the date of the latest visit.

I feel very lucky to have this great little store in my neighbourhood. Its there when you need fresh, local, organic, health foods or super foods. The staff are always friendly and the local owners are too.

this store screwed me over really bad last night. our power went out for 17 hours, gaia tree was open to the public but would not let me access the fridge to buy milk for my 1 1/2 year old. will never bring my business there again. these folks are way more concerned about making a buck than about real families in their own community. sure, send a 8 month pregnant woman all the way to NELSON so she can buy milk for her baby. IF she makes it there in the blizzard conditions without DYING on the road. never again.

First impressions are important, owner might want to let friendly staff represent store.Condescending is a deal breaker,in times when we are doing our part to support Slocan businesses, this will be an area we will save money instead.
