      • 1. The ice bath in the kitchen, which primarily held sauces, dry bacon bits, and Parmesan cheese, measured at around 9C. The operator was instructed to replenish the ice. Ice was replenished, and the well was then placed in the cooler.2. A garlic butter mixture was being held at room temperature. The operator indicated that the butter had been out for lunchtime. The butter was transferred to the cooler, and the operator was educated on the maximum holding time for food items.

Ensure the dishwasher is functioning properly for effective cleaning and sanitizing of utensils.2. No iodine was detected in the chemical dishwasher located in the bar area. Ensure that the dishwasher is functioning properly for effective cleaning and sanitizing of utensils.

      • Most of the chlorine sanitizer test strips were expired, and more strips are needed. Ensure that valid test strips are available for testing sanitizer.

      • The hand washing sink in the bar area was not equipped with a soap dispenser and paper towels. Ensure that the hand washing sink is equipped with a soap dispenser and paper towels.
