      • Observation: Rodent droppings found in the following locations:
      • -serving area behind the ice bin, floors in the serving area (where the side dishes cooler is)
      • -Shelving unit across from the walk in cooler
      • Also observed a couple dead cockroaches in the sticky trap by the chest freezer at the exterior door.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove all droppings , this will help to determine how active the rodent infestation is
      • 2) Replace sticky trap with the cockroaches inside, also place more sticky traps to determine where the issue is coming from
      • 3) Send copy of pest control report to EHO
      • Follow up inspection to be conducted regarding this issue.

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated noodle dough back into the cooler at the time of inspection. Only take out small number of sheets to keep them soft.
