- Farm eggs are present in the kitchen. Eggs were removed from the kitchen during the inspection. Please ensure all food and food ingredients received are from certified inspected sources to prevent foodborne illness or cross contamination.
- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Sanitizers being used are not appropriate for this setting. 1. 100% Natural O2 Bleach (Hydrogen Peroxide) Sanitizer has no DIN and no manufacturer's instructions on dilution. 2. Surface Disinfectant (Seventh Generation) has a 10 min contact time, which is not realistic for a food facility. Please ensure that an approved sanitizer is used to reduce the risk of food becoming contaminated with bacteria when coming in contact with the utensil or surface.

- Surface sanitizer bottle at the front of the coffee bar under the utensils was not labeled. Please ensure that chemicals are kept in containers which are clearly labeled to identify the contents.

- An excessive amount of flies were noticed during the inspection. Inspector suggested having fly strips in the back room, away of the food preparation area to aid in pest control. Please ensure that pest management and control measures are in place, as flies present a potential source of contamination of food and food products.

- 1)The rear prep area wall has paint missing from the wall due to scratches/minor damage. This area shall be repaired and repained to ensure it is easily cleaned2) Electrical socet cover is missing from the under the menu board3)The light switch cover was missing from the area accoss from the furnace room.
