      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • - Staff fails to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing procedure using a 2-compartment sink. Stated dishes are rinsed after being sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Educated the staff on the proper manual dishwashing. Follow Fraser Health 2-compartment sink dishwashing placard posted on the wall:
      • > 1st sink- wash dishes with soap and rinse with clean water
      • > 2nd sink- sanitize dishes by fully immersing under the sanitizer with appropriate concentration (200 ppm QUATS) for minimum 30 seconds.
      • > Air dry dishes.
      • **Do NOT rinse sanitizer solution from the dishes. There must be enough contact time to kill pathogens effectively.

      • - Rodent droppings observed in the storage room:
      • > Underneath and in the corner of the shelving units.

      • - Email most recent pest reports dating back to 2 months to EHO's email address TODAY.
      • - Follow recommendations made by the pest control company.
