      • Observation: Did not see the food permit and the supervisor couldn't find it.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure food permit is valid and posted in conspicuous location.
    • 202 - Critical Food not processed in a manner that makes it safe to eat [s. 14(1)]
      • Observation: Chicken is left in hot holding unit all day as per the supervisor present at time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action: Supervisor is aware food cannot be left in hot holding unit for the whole day. It should be discarded after 4 hours. Please refer to and follow what is written on your Food Safety Plan.

    • 402 - Critical Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The staff didn't change the golves and wash hands after touching temperature log binder while wearing gloves.
      • Corrective Action: Gloves should be changed and hands should be washed after touching non-food items and non-food contact surfaces to prevent cross-contaminatin food or food contact surface. The staff was reminded of the behavior during the inspection.
