      • Test strips were not available onsite for sanitizer used onsite.

      • *Ice cream scoop was left in the dry scoop shower beside the ice cream freezer. Please make sure it is kept under the running cold water, or ice water, or food grade sanitizer solution.Corrected during the inspection by the operator onsite.
