      • Fill gaps between the walls and the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer; fill gap at the bottom of the produce walk-in cooler door.
    • 29(2)(b) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (b) insects, rodents and other pests are controlled;
      • Clean and sanitize the following areas contaminated by rodent droppings: on the floor under retail sales shelves, on the bottom retail sales shelves where food is stored, at floor/wall junctions in the back receiving/storage area, and on the floor in the produce walk-in cooler.

      • Food spills/food observed on the floor under the produce displays on the retail sales floor. Clean and sanitize floor to remove food spills/food.
    • 29(2)(b) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (b) insects, rodents and other pests are controlled;
      • Rodent droppings observed on the floor under the cat litter retail shelves and on the floor throughout the back storage/receiving area. Clean and sanitize area affected by rodent droppings.
