     • - Active cockorach infestation observed in the back sink area. Multiple live cockroaches in various nesting stages were observed . Nesting sites observed along the cabinet hinge (handsink), and upper cabinet hinge (right). It appears that roach activity is localized in this area.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • - All items to be cleared off from all cabinets and shelving units. Conduct deep cleaning. Call professional pest control company to conduct cockroach assessment and start elimination (spray treatemnt) and monitoring service. Service report will be reviewed.

     • - Staff started cleaning after dismantling the unit at the time of inspection. Ensure to do this deep cleaning on weekly basis.
