   • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
     • Observation: Single-door refrigerator under the espresso machine at the bar is operating at ~7-8 degrees Celsius. Thermostat readout inside the unit reads "69 Fahrenheit".
     • Corrective Action(s): 1) Transfer potentially-hazardous foods stored in the unit to an alternate refrigerator in the bar until the unit has been assessed by a repair technician.
     • 2) Do not resume use of the unit until the unit is confirmed to be maintaining a max temperature of 4 degrees Celsius (40 Fahrenheit).
     • 3) Repair the thermostat on the unit to display the temperature accurately or install another thermometer into the unit for staff to use for monitoring the temperature.
