- Water is not being tested monthly as required. Discussed the importance of water testing to ensure the water is potable. Water samples are to be submitted monthly throughout the year as the facility is used every month.

- Facility is overall clean and well maintained. The ventilation system in the women's washroom is not working. Please have the vent repaired.
