      • Completed at time of inspection.
    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • There is no dispenser for the paper towel in the client washroom. Please provide a dispenser for the single use paper towels by the hand washing basin.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • There is no cleaning step for the reusable tweezers before disinfection. Obtain a cleaning accessory (e.g. scrub brush) and detergent to clean the reusable instruments, then rinse with water and then thoroughly dry them before disinfection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • There is no appropriate disinfectant to disinfect the work surfaces and the reusable component of the permanent make up device. Please obtain a low level disinfectant to disinfect the work surfaces between each client use and obtain an intermediate-level disinfectant to disinfect the permanent make up device.
