      • Operator reported a recent change to the capacity of the facility. The business has discontinued rental of the gymnasium. An additional room has been added (Room #186) for the OOS Care Program. 40 children has been allocated for this room and 30 children for Room #45, for a total capacity of 70 children, down from the capacity of 120 children. Please provide AHS with the dimensions for each room for capacity calculation purposes.Various light bulbs were burnt out in Room #45 and required repair. One dust cover was missing on one light fixture.One safety plug was missing on one electrical outlet in Room 186, which required returning.
