- The high temperature dishwasher was not equipped with detergent and rinse agent.Connect chemicals to the dishwasher and calibrate to ensure correct dosing of chemicals.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- 1) Soap and a paper towel dispenser were not available at the kitchen hand sink.2) One of the soap dispensers in the ladies' washroom was empty.Provide handwashing supplies in suitable dispenser.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1) There were holes around plumbing lines and a sewer cleanout under the three compartment sink and kitchen hand sink.2) There was a floor opening in the Northwest storage room where inflow heating pipes come out. There was a gap between two walls on the right side.Seal openings to prevent the entry of pest. Steel wool or plumbing cover plates can be used.3) The board room exterior door by the screen monitor had a gap along the bottom perimeter. Seal door gap. Ensure sunlight is not visible from inside.

- 1) Dust/ construction debris was observed on the cooktop.2) There were dead insects by the glass block window.Conduct a thorough cleaning of the kitchen.
