    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Bleach is not available for preparing a non-rinse sanitizer solution to sanitize food contact surfaces and dishes. Obtain regular household bleach without fibergaurd or chemicals. Mix 1/4 teaspoon bleach to 1 liter of water to prepare a sanitizer solution.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Old chemical spray bottles are kept under the sink from previous organizations without labels. Throw out any unknown and unlabeled chemicals.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The two fridges do not containing thermometers to monitor fridge temperature. There is no probe thermometer available in the kitchen. Obtain fridge and probe thermometers.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Please obtain hand soap for the kitchen sink for hand washing.
