- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishware, utensils, and other equipment are being improperly washed and sanitized because the dishwasher is unable to dispense sanitizer and is not supplied with detergent. In addition, no sanitizer was prepared.
- Corrective Action(s): Manual dishwashing is temporarily permitted. Clean and sanitize the two compartment sink and a large container. Fill up the large container with 100 ppm bleach sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L clean water).
- 1. Wash all equipment with detergent in the first sink
- 2. Rinse all equipment with clean water in the second sink
- 3. Submerge all equipment in the bleach sanitizer for 2 minutes
- 4. Allow equipment to air dry before using
