      • Non-essential items stored in dining area and kitchen areas (furnace filters, tools, etc). Items non-essential to food preparation or service must be stored in a separate, dedicated area.Dry goods stored in hallway immediately adjacent to public washroom area. These items must be stored in a separate, dedicated area to prevent possible contamination.Feb 11/25 Update - some work has been done however issues still remain. Full completion required.

      • Overall cleaning requires improvement throughout establishment, including kitchen, storage areas, dining & public washroom areas as discussed. Owner was advised at this time that staff would need to be hired on regular basis for cleaning purposes should the owner not be able to keep up with this task. Oct 18/23 Update - overall cleaning improved however, more attention required to cleaning walk-in cooler fan grate, sauce container sides, dining area and public washroom hallway floors as discussed.Oct 2/24 - Overall cleaning requires improvement. Cleaning required throughout incl floors, countertop prep area, containers, dining area floor, storage shelving etc as discussed. All items stored near public washrooms to be moved to back storage room, bleach containers to be removed from female washroom.January 30/24 Update - Excess debris, food waste and grease accumulation evident throughout premises including general floor areas, shelving, floors underneath cooking area, storage units, cooler sliding doors/shelving, prep countertops, food storage containers. Excess soil accumulation evident in public washroom areas including toilets, floors, toilet stall doors, sink areas etc. Excess soil accumulation evident on dining area floor.Feb 11/25 Update - significant amount of work has been done however additional work is still required including: - cleaning under freezer units, bathroom toilet bowl and dirty area cleaning as indicated.
