Perishable food was still being stored in this cooler. Internal food temperatures measured:Quiche= between 9.0-9.3 degrees CelsiusEgg sandwiches= 9.4 degrees CelsiusQuiche with crust= between 10.4 - 11.3 degrees CelsiusSecond plate of egg sandwiches= between 9.7 - 13.4 degrees CelsiusItalian style sandwiches= between 10.3- 12.1 degrees CelsiusBeef sandwich= between 7.0- 8.9 degrees CelsiusTuna sandwiches= between 7.7- 8.7 degrees CelsiusAll of the above were discarded.
