- Since this morning, the dishwasher in Hanson House has not been functioning and has been taken out of service due to a leakage issue. The gasket requires replacement. During the inspection, the plumber and maintenance staff were working to identify and fix the problem. In the meantime, staff are transporting dirty dishes to the main kitchen dishwasher for proper cleaning and sanitizing.Please update our office once the dishwasher in Hanson House is functioning properly and the repair has been completed.

- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- 1. The temperature of the fridge was at 7 Celsius.It might be due to peak lunch hour and frequent opening and closing it. As per logbook, it was maintaining the required temperature this morning. PHI requested to manager and to closely monitor the internal temperature of fridge and if this fridge does not maintain the required temperature (4c or less) and please move all the food items to another working cooling unit that is capable of maintaining 4c or less.

- Fridge front door (half side) is in disrepair, it is still closing with some force and door hinges adjustments but needs some repairs or replacement. Manager updated that parts required for the repairs has been ordered already.
