- During inspection report writing operator was able to find the Aug 16, 2018 report. Follow all recommendations noted on report by technician:
- 1. Keep "back door closed if not in use"
- 2. "Back door needs a proper door sweep" - install under back door
- 3. "Place all products at least 6 inch off the ground" - improvements noted up front but improvements are needed in back
- 4. "Keep under dish pit clean and dry as possible"
