      • Antiseptic towelettes are not available in the first aid kit.- Restock the first aid kit with antiseptic towelettes.- Conduct a full inventory check of the first aid kit to ensure all required items are present and within expiry dates.

      • Observed that each facility staff member was using individually assigned reusable cloth towels to dry hands at the kitchen sink.- Please discontinue using reusable cloth towels for hand drying because cloth towels can become contaminated through repeated use. - Provide single use paper towels.
