For example, supplier name (source), best before date/packaging date, and storage instructions are not indicated on the following meat products: - beef burgers, beef short ribs, and pork breakfast sausage. Please ensure all meat products are in accordance with the AB Agriculture and Irrigation and/or Canadian Food Inspection Agency food labelling requirements.

      • Laundry machines and laundry are not physically separated from food storage area (meat freezers).- Please ensure that the food storage area is physically separated from the laundry machines and the laundry storage area to prevent cross-contamination.
