      • Ventilation system not yet installed. Operator is requesting a ductless ventilation system. The type of ventilation system used will require written approval from a safety codes officer (Fire). Please note, a "no deep-frying or excessive grease producing cooking" condition will be placed on your permit if commercial ventilation is not installed.
