- A dishwasher thermometer is not available. Ensure that a thermometer with a max setting is obtained to measure dishwasher temperature.

- 1.Dough rollers in a drawer are noted to have buildup of flour and dough and have not been cleaned and sanitized.2.A glass beverage dispenser is noted to have juice buildup and has not been washed and sanitized. 3.A knife holder and some knives stored in it have buildup of food debris and grime. 4.
