      • A probe thermometer is not available to measure food temperatures. Ensure that a probe thermometer is obtained to measure food cooking and holding temperatures on the hot dog roller.

Staff are further instructed not to use the cooler until adjustments and repairs are made and temperature is verified by the health inspector.
