- Sanitizing bottle labelled for bleach did not have any detectable chlorine initially, likely used to store another cleaning agent - operator prepared a replacement solution during the inspection.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Standup open fruits cooler was providing an ambient temperature of 11-20C, even though the temperature display displayed a temperature of 43.5F. Whole fruits, bottled water, commercially prepackaged baked goods and other shelf stable items are primarily displayed in the cabinet, except for two packages of prepackaged pepperoni sticks. The pepperoni sticks were relocated to one of the other functional coolers during the inspection. The operator was advised to keep only non-perishable food items in the unit unless he wishes to have the unit assessed by a technician.
