- Antiseptic wipes expired in 2020. Please ensure all first aid kits are updated regularly.
- 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
- Chlorine concentration was measured at 50ppm. The teacher stated that they use the solution up to a week, the solution was replaced and was tested at 200ppm. Please replace solution regularly and maintain minimum concentration at all times (100pm).
