      • 1. The bottles of bleach sanitizer were expired. The bleach concentration was tested and measured at a concentration of 100ppm.2. The directions of the bleach solution state that a potable water rinse is required for all food contact surfaces. Obtain a surface sanitizer solution that has a low contact time and does not require a potable water rinse step. Facility operators were instructed to follow the potable water rinse step until an appropriate sanitizer solution can be obtained. Information on surface sanitizers were provided along with the report.
