- The wall behind the toaster is in disrepair, the paint is chipped and there is significant staining where a shelf has been removed. Repair the wall so that it is smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable. Oct 15- The wall has been repaired however there is bare plaster over the repair. Plaster is porous and can absorb water. Ensure the plaster is primed and painted.

- All Sani buckets tested during inspection had no measurable sanitizer. Staff noted that a request for service had been submitted 3 days prior for the sanitizing dispenser. Using the sanitizer designed for dispenser is cumbersome when dispensing by hand. Staff mixed new solution, adding in sanitizer by hand. Solution was tested to ensure correct concentrations. Ensure staff are mixing and testing sanitizing solutions manually until the dispenser is repaired.
