- The chlorine glass sanitizer was not working when PHI was onsite. The machine appeared to be pumping chlorine, but no residual was detected on the glassware once it came through the machine.Customers must be served in the original container (beer bottle) or given their drink in single-use paper or plastic cups until the machine is repaired. Some test strips were left onsite so that operator could verify when the machine is working.
